Robin Evans Customer Meetings 2008
British Waterways Chief Executive Robin Evans' summer tour to meet customers has been very well received.
Notes from the customer meetings were taken and have been published here. These notes give an overview of the issues which were raised and discussed at the local meetings.
Mr Evans had very positive feedback from the customer meetings. He commented that 'The network is obviously well used and greatly enjoyed and the customers have very good relations with the local business unit teams. I think this is a significant improvement from where we were a couple of years ago.'
