Cooling and heating buildings
Have you considered using canal water for heating and cooling buildings? GlaxoSmithKline in London, the Mailbox in Birmingham and the Hepworth Gallery in Wakefield have already adopted this method. Most councils are expecting 'new builds' to be powered using sustainable solutions. Canal water is a cost-effective sustainable solution and reduces a businesses carbon footprint, unlike traditional cooling units which are noisy and expensive and are ultimately powered by fossil fuels.
